We thank you for the opportunity to prepare a proposal for you, your family, your friends, or other group. Because we may spend a number of hours preparing your proposal, we ask that you initiate this process only if you are seriously considering a trip to the Dolomites. Grazie mille!
To get started, we ask that you fill out our Trip Questionnaire. Once we have received this questionnaire, we will contact you to schedule a 30-45 minute conference call to review your travel interests in detail, at no charge. Because we prepare a fully customized itinerary for most trips, it may take a few days to process your request.
Upon agreement of a rough itinerary and price range, we require a €250 non-refundable development fee to proceed with trip development. The development fee is fully applicable to the cost of your trip, and will be applied to your final balance. We will then submit a proposed itinerary for your review and approval, including a detailed day-to-day itinerary, accommodations, and final price quote.
If you select an itinerary directly from our website, without modifications, there is no development fee.
