Arrive in Alta Badia on your own and check into your hotel (private transfer available on request). In the morning, meet with your Local English speaking UIAGM/IFMGA Ski Guide for an equipment check, to rent gear (if needed), and to receive your Dolomiti Superski Skipass. Then you’re off to explore the Alta Badia Ski Resorts!

You will have the opportunity to venture on the famous World Cup slope of Gran Risa or on the more relaxed slopes of Piz La Villa, Gardenaccia, and Santa Croce. This morning, take a short 30-minute private transfer to ski in the Kronplatz/Plan de Corones ski area.
Kronplatz (Plan De Corones in Italian), is a popular destination for skiers, with its 105 kilometers (65 miles) of pistes and more than 30 modern lifts. Set on top of a wooded area, along the south side of the Pusteria Valley, its majestic 2,275-meter (7,464') peak stands out from the surrounding mountains, offering a 360-degree panorama of the entire surroundings. In fact, the view from Kronplatz is one of the most beautiful in the Alps, and offers vistas across all points of the compass: from Austria’s Lienz Dolomites to the east, to Italy and Switzerland’s Ortler Group to the west, from the Dolomite’s Marmolada Massif to the south, and across the Puster Valley to the Zillertal Alps in the north.

Today explore the Marmolada Ski Area, one of the most scenic of the Dolomites. 27 lifts offer access to 63 kilometers of well-groomed pistes that follow the glacier down towards the valley below. The highest point of the ski area (3,265m / 10,712') is also the starting point of one of the most beautiful ski runs of the Alps, and the longest run in the Dolomites: La Bellunese. This 12-kilometer (7.15-mile) piste features an 1,823 meter (5,981') vertical descent. It is a wide, consistent run, with few corners or changes in gradient, inviting you to find a rhythm and carve turns all the way down the mountain. The run begins just below Punta Penia (3,343m / 10,964'), the summit of Marmolada, “Queen of the Dolomites.” Before you descend, take a moment to soak up the 180-degree panoramic view!
In the afternoon, you will ski on to Val di Fassa or Val Gardena, where you will enjoy dinner at your hotel.
