The Luxury Mountain chalet is situated on a small plateau above Saint Leonardo, with a breath-taking view of the valley and a far sight into the glacier Marmolada. When the first people settled here hundreds of years ago they built a home that would not only keep them safe, but also provide them with plenty of sunlight and breathtaking views of the entire valley. Now 400 years later, you can enjoy the same view as they did of the impressive Marmolada glacier and Gardenaccia massif.
Every piece of design and furnishing of the entire house is touched with the historical style and background. The original furniture and paneling are harmonized with all-natural colors and materials. Traditional style meets luxurious interior. Uniquely sophisticated living comfort, thanks to the careful selection of high-quality natural materials.
The chalet fits a maximum of 11 people in 5 double rooms, 1 single and 5 bathrooms. It can be rented exclusively, or by individual rooms.
The chalet features a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, TV Room, Veranda with panoramic views and Sauna.

Services include a Welcome Ladin aperitif, full homemade breakfast, afternoon tea, daily housekeeping, access to the relax area, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Complimentary shuttle service to and from San Leonardo / Badia. The complimentary use of the kitchen is for guests renting the chalet esclusively, on request otherwise. Washing machine and drying room, ski depot with ski boot dryer.
