Cross-Country Ski Tour in the Dolomites

Trip Overview

Love Cross-Country Skiing?
On this fabulous itinerary, you'll get to ski the Dolomites – across the terrain rather than down. The beautiful Nordic sport of cross-country skiing lets you glide over perfectly groomed trails, beneath the breathtaking and imposing walls of the Dolomite Mountains.
In winter, the landscape of these majestic peaks becomes a fairyland covered in snow.  Whether you're skiing across wide meadows, weaving through tranquil forests, or following the edge of a shimmering frozen lake or stream, you'll be captivated by the beauty of the Dolomite winter landscape.
Stride or skate your way through a week-long adventure as you explore some of Italy’s top Nordic skiing destinations: Alta Badia, Cortina d’Ampezzo, Antholzertal, and Alta Pusteria—renowned as the heartland of Italian cross-country skiing.
With a vast network of trails spanning hundreds of miles, there's no shortage of terrain to discover! Feeling adventurous? Extend your journey and ski across the border into Austria’s East Tyrolean trail network for even more spectacular scenery.
Self-guided trips are a great way to experience the culture and beauty of the Dolomites at your own pace, but with the peace of mind that comes from having everything perfectly arranged for you! Your Cross-Country Ski Tour in the Dolomites awaits!
