Trip Overview
Let us welcome you to the east coast and inland of Sardinia, where you'll find one of the last wilderness sanctuaries on the Mediterranean Sea.
On this trip, you'll discover stunning hidden beaches where vast limestone cliffs in fantastic shades of purple, grey, and black meet the crystal-clear turquoise of the Mediterranean.
Your adventure begins on the rugged coast of the Orosei Gulf. Here, you'll hike through ancient shepherds' paths and traverse dramatic ridgelines with breathtaking panoramas. Each day will bring a new wonder, from remote coves to hidden caves. You'll experience Cala Goloritzè, one of the island's most iconic beaches, with its white limestone arch and a towering pinnacle rising dramatically from the sea.
The trek continues to Cala Mariolu, a hidden beach of pink and white pebbles lapped by crystal-clear water. The feeling of seclusion is unlike anything else!
One of the highlights of the trip is the Grotta del Fico, an awe-inspiring sea cave carved into the cliffs, where incredible rocks and underground chambers create an otherworldly experience.
At night, the adventure takes on a different kind of magic. For five nights, you'll sleep under a blanket of stars, the gentle sounds of the sea lulling you to sleep. There's something deeply rewarding about camping in the wild, sharing stories around a fire, and waking up to the first golden rays of sunrise.
You'll also stay at a traditional Sardinian farmhouse, where warm hospitality, delicious homemade food, and locally produced wine offer the perfect reward for your efforts. Here, you'll feast on Sardinian delights such as handmade pasta and sample Cannonau wine, embracing the island's deep-rooted traditions and flavors.
This is more than just a hiking trip—it's a full immersion into Sardinia's wild beauty, rich culture, and deep sense of adventure. Are you ready to take on the challenge?
