Enjoy the day at your leisure and explore this stunning skiing paradise! Sölden is an Alpine resort in the Ötztal Valley in the Austrian state of Tyrol. Lifts, including the high-tech Giggijoch mountain gondola, deliver entry to the ski slopes. The picturesque Ötztal Glacier Road links with the Rettenbach and Tiefenbach glaciers. The Lookouts on the Gaislachkogl, Tiefenbachkogl, and Schwarze Schneid mountains are more than 3,000 meters high and give sweeping views of the Ötztal Alps.

Don’t be surprised to hear the word big thrown around a lot during your visit to Sölden – everything about this resort is BIG! The biggest skiable vertical in Austria – an incredible 2,000 meters (~6,500'). The longest run in Austria, clocking in at 15 kilometers (9 miles). A huge eight months of skiing each year. Not one, but two skiable glaciers. Extensive beginner ski areas and a vast amount of off-piste terrain. And three big mountains, all above 3,000 meters (~10,000') – Gaislachkogl (3,058m / 10,030'), Tiefenbachkogl (3,250m / 10,660'), and Schwarze Schneid (3,340m / 10,955') – and the only resort in Austria to have three mountains over 3,000 meters, all accessible by lifts!

In the morning, take a private transfer to Obergurgl (1,930m / 6,330', ~20 minutes). Located at the top of the Ötztal Valley in the south, near the border with Italy, nestled against the towering peaks of the Ötztal Alps, the Gurgle ski area offers 112 kilometers (79 miles) of immaculately groomed, seemingly endless ski runs. Accessed by 25 efficient, ultra-modern mountain lifts, you’ll enjoy a wait-free day of skiing and snowboarding. Wide, sun-kissed slopes are located high above tree line, between 1,800 and 3,080 meters (5,906-10,105'), combined with being located in a high-snowfall area, all but guarantee a nice, long ski season each year.

In the morning, take a private transfer across the Italian border into the Dolomites (~2.5-3 hours). When you arrive in Val Gardena / Wolkenstein (1,563m / 5,128'), check into your hotel. From December to April each year, this marvelous resort invites winter sports enthusiasts of all levels to explore its countless pistes and descents. 79 lifts serve the 175 kilometers (108.7 miles) of dreamy slopes that run as far as the eye can see, and efficient modern lift systems ensure a comfortable ski holiday here. The wide, generous and gentle slopes of the highest high-altitude Alpine plain in Europe, Alpe di Siusi / Seiser Alm, are a veritable paradise for beginners and families with children. The open expanse is like a front row seat facing the snowy paradise of the Dolomite Peaks! But don’t worry, Val Gardena offers plenty of challenging terrain as well: it is home to annual World Cup Ski Races, and world-renowned for its champions.

Today explore the Val Gardena ski resort. 175 kilometers (108 miles) of dream slopes run as far as the eye can see, served by 79 efficient, modern lifts. And Val Gardena offers ample variety – everything from wide groomed slopes to off-piste, even a canyon with a frozen waterfall – a paradise for everyone from beginner skiers to World Cup racers.

Today you will ski from Val Gardena to Val di Fassa / Fassatal, one of the most highly rated and comprehensive ski areas in the Dolomites. The area features seven linked resorts – including Canazei, Moena, and Carezza – with 210 kilometers (130 miles) of slopes, serviced by 80 modern, comfortable lifts.
When you are finished exploring the slopes of Val di Fassa, take a private transfer to Passo San Pellegrino (1,918m / 6,293'). From the pass, a snowcat will pick you up and bring you to your accommodation (1,980m / 6,496') for the next two nights. Set in a magnificent group of isolated old huts, this rifugio is immersed in the marvelous silence of a wide valley with a view of the Pale di San Martino (3,192m / 10,472'). You are in for a treat at dinner, when you will get to taste delicious dishes typical of the Trentino region. The renowned and traditional restaurant, mentioned in several culinary guides, will be appreciated not only for the quality of the food but also for its warmth and welcoming hospitality.

Surrounded by plenty of uncontaminated views and majestic peaks, the valleys of Alleghe, Selva di Cadore, Zoldo, and Palafavera of Monte Civetta are rich in history and tradition. On these slopes surrounded by the Sella Group, the Tofane Massifs and the imposing Marmolada, you will find the largest ski district in the Veneto region.
When you are done exploring Civetta, take a private transfer from Pescul to Fedare to reach your rifugio (2,413m / 7,917') for the night.

Today you'll ski in the Cinque Torri and Lagazuoi Ski Areas, and enjoy a beautiful descent to Alta Badia. The Armentarola slope unfolds along the foot of the imposing Fanes mountain, in an enchanting fairy-tale valley surrounded by majestic castles of rock and frozen waterfalls, making this magical descent an endless flow of thrills and surprises. With its 8.5 kilometers (5.2 miles) and magical scenery, the Armentarola is, without doubt, one of the most fascinating pistes in the Dolomites, and one of the most beautiful ski runs in the world. And just like in the fairytales, the run ends with a horse-drawn lift!
Enjoy the rest of the day skiing in Alta Badia. The Alta Badia ski resort elevation ranges from 1,400 to 2,700 meters (4,593' to 8,858'), ensuring optimal ski conditions throughout the winter. It is comprised of 130 kilometers (81 miles) of groomed pistes, serviced by more than 50 modern ski lifts, and has direct access to some of the most beautiful ski tours in the Alps.
Continue skiing at leisure on the slopes in Alta Badia, or retire to your hotel in Alta Badia where your luggage will await you.

Your skiing day begins with a series of lifts and runs that will take you up and down from Alta Badia  to Malga Ciapela, at the base of Marmolada (3,343m / 10,964'). Known as the “Queen of the Dolomites,” Marmolada is the highest peak in the Dolomites, and home to the largest remaining glacier in these mountains. The Marmolada Ski Area is one of the most scenic in the Dolomites, with 27 lifts offering access to 63 kilometers of well-groomed pistes that follow the glacier down toward the valley below.
Before you descend, take a moment to soak up the incredible 360-degree panoramic view!
When you have had your fill of skiing on Marmolada, ski back to Alta Badia and enjoy your last night in the Dolomites.
