South Tyrol

A Taste of South Tyrol: Hike, Bike, Explore, and Savor!

Combine some of the most fantastic hiking in the world, with fine dining on incredible Italian cuisine… Luxury hotels, gourmet cuisine, professional mountain guides, and private transportation in one of the most beautiful mountain landscapes in the world – what could possibly be better?

Trip Overview

We gourmands love fine cuisine. Innovative dishes, Michelin Stars, uniquely integrated ingredients, traditional Tyrolean gastronomy... you get the idea.

On this incredible itinerary you’ll enjoy delicious dinners in traditional and gourmet Michelin Star restaurants, as well as carefully selected tasting experiences ranging from jams, cheese and of course, wine. The delectable cuisine here is in part a result of multiple cultural influences – Italian, Austrian, and Ladin. This, combined with the diverse geography – Mediterranean to mountain – results in everything from seafood to roasted meats, cheeses and charcuterie, shellfish to wild greens, to fresh herbs and vegetables grown in private gardens. A fantastic place to indulge your palate! With multiple Michelin-star-rated restaurants in the area, and a bevy of luxury hotels, it’s no wonder you can find incredible fare throughout.

As if that weren’t enough – this fantastic itinerary takes you across some of the most spectacular hiking trails in the South Tyrol and the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site, and even across the border into Austria. From vast open plateaus, to towering peaks, to alpine lakes, to charming villages and everything in between, and you’ll get a taste of them all!
