Hike the AV1 of the Dolomites, Part I

Sarah, we're already three days back home, in the heat of 29 deg C, missing very much Dolomite's temperatures and still under impression of breathtaking views we'd seen on the way. In spite of the fact, that we have an experience of hiking quite a number of famous trails, your mountains turned out to be a complete surprise. Our Alta Via 1, Part 1, was absolutely great, and we'd like to come next year again - for the second part.
We are first-time hikers in the Dolomites and we feel ourselves very lucky that we've found the Dolomite Mountains on the Internet – to go for the Alta Via. At the same time, we feel that success of our hike, to quite an extent, was due to the fact of having you as our tour operator. Your part in organization of our trip was very important - so that everything on the hike worked in a perfect way. Thank you very very much! Also, thanks a lot for coming and meeting us in Cortina. I just felt not too well for not "forcing" you to stay with us for the dinner...  
This is not the first time that we've communicated with the tour company before the hike, but I must say, that our communication with you was a pure pleasure. Since the example itinerary provided on the Internet outlined only the general frame of the hike, we, naturally, had a lot of questions (do we need a sleeping bag at the refuges, can you organize a luggage transfer between them, what are possibilities to get to Cortina, etc, etc, etc...). You appeared to be an extremely knowledgeable person with seemingly an infinite patience to your clients. Every one of our numerous questions got an immediate, precise and detailed answer. You have prepared a detailed guide for our hike, including a suggestion for two additional one-day hikes around Cortina before we started the Alta Via (both appeared to be just superb).
In short, we had a great trip. The views were absolutely gorgeous. All refuges, including the hotel, provided by Dolomite Mountains before and after the hike, were above expectations. The conditions were very comfortable, the food was great, all people, who took care of us or whom we just met on the way, were warm and hospitable, the cars used for transfer to the trail-head and from the end of the hike arrived exactly on time.
