Self Guided Hiking Adventure in the Dolomites

This is our first time hiking in the Dolomites and we would rate the trip the best of its kind compared with the unguided tours we joined in other parts of the world. We have enjoyed the splendid scenery, the authentic Italian food, comfortable accommodation in the rifugios along the path, and the hospitality of the local people. The trails are safe and well maintained with clear route signs.  We are grateful to Dolomite Mountains for their excellent services which include helping us plan the itinerary, making all necessary bookings, arranging the taxi transfers and providing good advice to ensure that we have a wonderful hiking experience. We are particularly impressed by their representative Monika Valentini who is a professional travel agent and organizer. She responded fast to our enquires, adjusted our itinerary to cope with unexpected weather changes, exercised flexibility to provide additional taxi pickups and followed up on our day-to-day activities.
