Alberto De Giuli
Albi was born in Northern Italy’s Padova and began visiting the Dolomites when he was a child. He climbed his first via ferrata at age 14, but when he took a climbing course at age 21, everything else became secondary: the desire to become a mountain guide began to burn in him. In 2007 he moved to the Dolomites to pursue this and resides here today. Albi loves to explore, and whether it is in the Dolomites or beyond, he enjoys taking guests where none of them have been – including himself – so that there is a unique, new adventure for everyone! His passion is unmistakable – when you talk to him, his face lights up with enthusiasm for guiding, climbing, and skiing! He is also enthusiastic about Dolomites cuisine – and happy to offer suggestions about the best dishes, wines, and grappas at restaurants and rifugi.
I have a deep passion for what I do in the mountains.”
