Antonio Positano
Antonio Positano is a true inspiration to all mountain fans. Born in the heart of the Cilento National Park in 1992 and raised in the Apennines, Antonio knew he had an undeniable connection with the mountains. In August 2012, he went climbing for the first time and felt a deep sense of belonging. Since then, Antonio has relentlessly chased his passion for adventure and exploration. He recently signed up for the Lavaredo Ultra Trail and has plans to complete the challenging Sellaronda Ski Marathon. Antonio's love for the mountains is not limited to his personal pursuits; he also became a guide to share his passion with others, earning his guiding certification in 2023. He started guiding clients last summer as a certified UIAGM/IFMGA Mountain Guide, UIMLA, and AMM hiking guide. Antonio guides mountain biking and skiing activities, and nothing gives him more joy than sharing his adventures and the energy of the mountains with others. When he's not guiding, Antonio can be found engaging in mountain sports like climbing and paragliding. He speaks Italian, English, and some German and is always keen to meet new people and share his experiences. You'll also find him enjoying his favorite food, delicious Canederli (cheese dumplings), in the cozy local mountain huts. Antonio is an inspiration to all who know him, and he is looking forward to traveling to Nepal next to explore its breathtaking mountain beauty.
