Luca comes from a small town near Trento, in the Trentino region, at the foot of the Lagorai and Brenta Dolomites. His passion for the mountains and the environment has always played an important part in his childhood years. After completing his degree in Political Science and Foreign Relations in 2009, a master degree in European & International studies - Protection of Fundamental Rights in 2013, Luca spent years collaborating with humanitarian and educational projects, one of which took him as far as Nepal, where he volunteered for an association apt to protect the welfare of women victims of physical and psychological violence. With an extensive (and impressive) list of social-political experiences under his belt, Luca decided to turn his passion for mountains into a daily job and in 2017 Luca became a fully qualified Hiking Guide, accompanying his clients on excursions in the Trentino region. Luca also specializes in accompanying physically impaired clients, an aspect of his job that fills him with enthusiasm and inspiration to continually seek ways of making mountain areas accessible to everyone. When not guiding, Luca enjoys spending time in the mountains on his own, reading and traveling extensively.
