Marco was born in Brunico and raised in Alta Badia.

A devoted snowboarder, Marco was on the Italian national team for ten years, competing in freestyle snowboarding and winning the junior world championship in 2012.

Marco has loved nature and meeting new people ever since he can remember. He's inspired when seeing people in nature happy, the colors, shapes, the flowers, and breathing the fresh mountain air. The feeling he has after being in the mountains, he says, is "indescribable." He's now a snowboard instructor and gained his aspirant certification in 2022.

"I've traveled quite a lot, visiting places like New Zealand, Morocco, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, USA, lots of Europe, and the UK. I love traveling, but I've loved Morocco the most!" 

Next on his travel bucket list are Madagascar, South Africa, and Australia.

From his extensive travels, Marco's recommendations would be big hikes like the Selvaggio Blu in Sardinia or the endless skiing available in Norway. If he's not snowboarding, hiking, or climbing, you'll find him listening to his favorite tunes or surfing.
