Mike Vinatzer
Mike Vinatzer was born in Brixen in 1982. He grew up in Ortisei, a small and charming town in the heart of the Dolomites, where his love for nature was nurtured. Mike's adventurous spirit led him to participate in sports like mountain biking and skiing from a young age, and he quickly excelled in both. He was a competitive alpine skier until the age of 17, participating in Italian championships and Fis competitions.
Mike later attended the University of Verona, where he studied sports science, further fueling his love for the outdoors, and in 2018, he began guiding clients. He guides mountain biking and enjoys riding on single trails, with Canazei Val di Fassa being his favorite area in the Dolomites. Mike believes that people should come to the Dolomites for the stunning views and local food, which are so unique and unforgettable.
His adventurous spirit has taken him beyond the Dolomites, and he has traveled to the United States. His favorite places outside the Dolomites include Sardinia, Finale Ligure, and Paganella Bike, and he speaks Ladin, Italian, German, and English.
In his free time, Mike enjoys staying fit and healthy and can often be found in the gym. He also enjoys meeting people from other countries, which is an excellent opportunity for him to learn about different cultures and lifestyles. Mike Vinatzer is a devoted mountain biking guide who would love to share his knowledge and experience with you!
